Its low carbon content (≤0.05%) and stabilized microstructure minimize intergranular attack, ensuring long-term durability in temperatures ranging from cryogenic (-50°C) to elevated (400°C) environments.

Certified to AWS A5.6 and ASME SFA-5.6 standards, ERCuNi wire is optimized for welding copper-nickel alloys (e.g., UNS C70600, C71500) and dissimilar joints between copper alloys and stainless steel or carbon steel. With a tensile strength of 350–450 MPa and elongation ≥30%, it is ideal for seawater cooling systems, desalination plants, and offshore oil rigs.
